Return Eligibility
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

The item must include all original packaging, parts, and tags.

The product must not be damaged due to careless handling or misuse.

Items related to hygiene must be cleaned and unused before return.

The item was defective upon arrival.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns are processed within 7 working days of our warehouse receiving the returned package. If all return conditions are met, the return will be confirmed and processed during this period.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if products are used, damaged (not due to our fault), or sent back outside the return window.
How to Initiate a Return
If your order meets the return criteria, follow these steps:

Please do not send your return to the sender’s address, as this may delay the processing.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders are processed immediately after being placed. As a result:

Once an order has been submitted, cancellation is not guaranteed.

If your order has already shipped, you must wait for delivery and then initiate a return.
Our 30-day money-back guarantee begins once your order is delivered.
Refund Policy
After your return has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days, excluding any original shipping or premium delivery costs (if applicable).
Refunds are only issued for items that meet all return conditions.
Premium shipping upgrades are non-refundable.
Return Address
All returns must be shipped to our international warehouse, located outside of the U.S.
Return instructions and the correct address will be provided once your return request is approved.
